Mamaway’s Return Policy

Simply refer to the policy below for our return options or give us a call, and we will try our best to find the most suitable solution for you.

Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of your order date*

*excludes promotional items, bras and underwear.

To process a return/exchange

  • Step 1 Contact us via email order.mamaway@gmail.com to confirm a few things with you. 
  • Step 2  Send the items to Mamaway Store, 4th level Main Wing, Shangri-La Plaza

That’s it! Returns will be processed within 10 working days once your parcel is received.

Please note:

  • Only full priced and faulty items are eligible for returns.
  • Please contact us before sending items back, uninformed cases will not be processed.
  • Free gifts are NOT eligible for exchange.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for briefs or recovery shorts.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, Bras must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, in it's original packaging and condition, with all tags attached.

Q. How do I request a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your Mamaway product, please email us (order.mamaway@gmail.com)  so we can confirm a few things with you. If we ask for the products to be returned, please courier the item back to us in its original packaging and condition (tags must be attached) within 30 days of the invoice date and we will process it for you. Please contact us prior to sending items back for confirmation, uninformed cases will not be processed.

Q. Can I make an exchange on size or colour after receiving my order?

For  full priced items, simply give us a call, return the product back to us and make another order online. We will process your refund within 10 working days, given you return the products unused and in its original package with all tags attached. Most items have a 30 day return period, however, this excludes briefs (including shape wear), Bras (7 days only) and free gifts.

Q. Can I return online purchases at your store?

Yes we can accept but please email us first before proceeding to our retail store.

Q. Are there any time limits for returns?

Please return your items within 7 days. At your own cost.
