Mamaway’s Return Policy

Simply refer to the policy below for our return options or give us a call, and we will try our best to find the most suitable solution for you.

Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of your order date*

*excludes promotional items, bras and underwear.

To process a return/exchange

Step 1 Contact us via email order.mamaway@gmail.com to confirm a few things with you.
Step 2 Send the items to Mamaway Store, 4th level Main Wing, Shangri-La Plaza
That’s it! Returns will be processed within 10 working days once your parcel is received.

Please note:

Only full priced and faulty items are eligible for returns.
Please contact us before sending items back, uninformed cases will not be processed.
Free gifts are NOT eligible for exchange.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for briefs or recovery shorts.
Due to hygiene reasons, Bras must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, in it's original packaging and condition, with all tags attached.
